Stephen C. McCutcheon is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Southern Capital Management. He has been an investment adviser representative since 1986, and he has been a broker representative and principal. He founded and served as President of his own broker/dealer firm from 1988-2000 and the SCM Portfolio Fund, Inc., a no-load mutual fund, from 1988-1999.

Dr. McCutcheon was a member of the graduate faculty and administrative staff of the State University of West Georgia for 28 years before devoting full-time to the investment management business. He has taught two courses: investment strategies and mutual funds. He wrote a monthly stock analysis column for Georgia Trend magazine from 1994 to 1999 and is the author of Building Wealth: Priorities and Practices (March, 2010).
Henry W. Blizzard has been Vice President and Investment Officer of Southern Capital Management since 1986. He also served as Vice President of the SCM Portfolio Fund, Inc. from 1988 – 1998.

Mr. Blizzard has a 40-year record as a private investor with large holdings in securities and commercial real estate. He serves as an analyst of stocks and investment strategy, and he is an investment adviser representative pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia.
Linda C. Chapman is the Chief Administrative Officer of Southern Capital Management. She is an investment adviser representative pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia. She is responsible for client services, trade executions, compliance activities and in-house accounting.
She attended the public schools of Georgia and earned:
BBA from the University of Georgia in 1988
MBA from Georgia State University in 1993.
Ms. Chapman is an entrepreneur having founded and managed her own small business in Metro Atlanta for fourteen years. Her other experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing for WorldLink Communications for four years earlier in her career. She has spent the majority of her working career with small to medium sized businesses and enjoys the unique challenges and opportunities that such entrepreneurial environments have to offer.
Ms. Chapman is a native Georgian. She resides in Carrollton, GA with her daughter who attends Carrollton High School. She also has a son who lives in Metro Atlanta.
